If you are having problems logging into the store, please try the following before contacting us:
- Please ensure you are using the correct e-mail address when logging in. For security purposes, the error message does not tell you specifically if your e-mail or password, or both are incorrect. A common problem is that people signed up with invalid e-mail addresses and did not realize it (using .net instead of .com at the end of their e-mail, or just misspelling their e-mail address).
- Passwords are case-sensitive. For example if you used an upper case letter in your password, you must type it in exactly as you originally did when signing up.
- If you still cannot login and you believe you have the proper e-mail address and password, use the forgot password link on the login page. If you still cannot login with the password that is e-mailed to you or you cannot use the forgot password form, you may have a virus or spyware that is causing problems on your computer. If possible, install a new web browser or try to login from another computer.
- Data encryption error messages or secure pages not loading are caused by improper browser settings or viruses/spyware. Please consider using a better web browser such as Firefox.
Please include as much information as possible when contacting us with a question or problem. For questions about orders, please include your name and order number. If you are having technical difficulties accessing the store, include your operating system and browser. If you are getting any error messages of any sort, please include the entire error message.
